To preface, my husband and I were first-time home buyers so we knew very little going into this process. That being said, Frances could not have been more helpful, detailed, and wonderful throughout the entire experience. Frances spent over an hour with us that evening going over everything and telling us what our next steps would be when we did want to start looking at houses.
